Since we are in the earlier stages of our adventure we currently do not offer conventional online orders. You can submit an order request on our "Order" page and we will be in contact with you about 24-48 hours to set up your official order. Orders are not guaranteed until you have confirmation from us that your order can be filled. Some custom orders to require prepayment which can be taken through paypal or venmo.
You may also pay for your order through these options or cash when picking up your order. If you are interested in ordering an item and having it shipped please contact us about your request since additional shipping and handling costs will apply.
We love that you want a head start on your shopping for the holidays but some items will only be available for a limited time in order to stock for the most recent upcoming holiday. The items listed "Limited" on the website are only available until the holiday deadline for that holiday. If you have a large order or special request please contact us about possibly filling an out of season order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Since Pastel Daisy offers unique and custom items all made by hand. Due to the inability to resell and the time put into making each item special, we currently can not accept returns or refunds for any item that is "Limited" or "customizable' at this time. If the item has a defect due to production you can exchange the item for the same exact item within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you order a regular item that does not fall under these categories and you are not satisfied with your item, you can return your order for up to 30 days in exchange for a store credit to be used at a later date or exchange it for an item of equal or lesser price. If your customizable gift has a flaw or you are truly not satisfied please reach out to us so we can further assist you with your issue.

Currently Pastel Daisy is based only In Bowling Green Kentucky with a local pick up option. In the future we hope to offer conventional online ordering and shipping. Currently we offer bulk orders to ship but will consider shipping any item on a case by case basis.If you have an item you would like to order and have shipped please contact us directly to discuss your options since additional shipping and handling fees would apply.
